Your trust matters to us. This page explains, in plain words, what we do with the one thing you share when you sign up — your email — and what we don’t do with it.
Just your email address. That’s it. When you save your seat for the free class, you type in your email, and that’s the only personal information we ask for. We don’t collect your name, phone number, or payment details — the class is free, so there’s nothing to pay.
We use your email to:
That’s the whole list. No spam. When you save your seat, you agree to us emailing you for the things above — and you can stop it any time with one click.
We never sell or rent your email to anyone. Your address stays with us, for the reasons above — nothing else. We keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
To send those emails and to see how many people visit this page, we use trusted third-party services — like email delivery and website analytics tools. They only use your email to help us run the class; they can’t use it for anything else. Some of these providers are based in other countries, so your email may be stored on servers outside your own.
This page uses Meta Pixel (also called Facebook Pixel), a tool from Meta Platforms. It helps us understand simple things — how many people came here from an ad and how many saved a seat — and it helps us show our ads to the right people.
To do this, the pixel places small cookies on your device (for example, one called _fbp) and sends Meta anonymised info about your visit — like whether you opened this page or saved a seat. It does not send Meta your name.
If you’re visiting from the EU / EEA, the pixel only starts after you agree through the cookie banner you’ll see at the bottom of the page. If you decline or ignore it, the pixel doesn’t load at all. For visitors from other regions, it runs by default.
You can read how Meta handles data in Meta’s Privacy Policy.
This class is meant for adults, so please don’t sign up if you’re under 18.
You’re always in control:
AIMIKA is an educational project operated by AIMIKA TECHNOLOGY - FZCO — the company behind the class and the one responsible for your personal data (in legal terms, the “data controller”). Whenever this page says “we”, that’s who we mean.
Questions about your privacy, or want your data removed? Email us at hello@aimika.tech and we’ll help.
If we ever change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
